Using of the Recovery Disc For An Acer Notebooks Computers


Laptops, small version of the computer occupied the most significant part in the life of the people. Upon the continuous usage of the Acer notebook for a long time, you will surely come across the thought to restore the original factory settings to your notebook. This process of restoration helps to get rid of the hazardous virus programs from your notebook computer's hard disk and clear away the unused files to safeguard your notebook. The restoration in the Acer notebooks can be performed with recovery disc offered with the laptop while purchasing. You can also start the recovery process from the desktop directly as the Acer notebooks have provisions for this, similar to that of the other computer and the laptops.

 

1.  Insert the recovery disk into the disk drive of the laptop. Go to the desktop of your Acer notebook. Then press  and F10 to start the Acer restoration window.


2.  Click on the Setup button and choose “Create a new password Type the password   you wish to set in the given space for the restoration program and then press the button.


3.  Then precede the process by clicking the Restore button at the bottom of the window. Select the Restore System to Factory Default and then click


4.  Wait for the some time so that the Acer recovery process can format the hard drive and also can re-install the operating system of the laptop. Then click the  button .The system begin to restart.


5.  After the signing of the system, go as per the instructions on the screen to set the time zone, language and user name information.

 

Some times even with the recovery disc nothing will happen and have to look for some other ways for the recovery process. For those, it can be great relieved to hear that there is a solution for you now. You can use F12 instead of  and . For that, first enable the boot menu so that F12 can be activated. Then pick the boot from disc and insert the recovery disc. It is so because process boots from the hard drive primarily and then proceeds to the disc recovery boot.
